- File too large or very slow? FileYoga runs in your browser, so performance depends on your device and browser, not our servers.
- Questions about privacy? Our tools work locally in your browser. Your files are not uploaded to FileYoga’s servers. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

You do not need to send your actual files. Just describe the situation clearly.

What we can’t help with
To protect your privacy and keep FileYoga simple, we’re not able to:
- Receive or open your actual files (PDFs, images, archives, etc.)
- Edit documents for you or complete tasks on your behalf
- Provide legal, financial, medical, tax or other professional advice
- Offer real-time chat or phone support
If your question depends on the content of a file, please do not send the file itself. Instead, describe the situation (for example: “scanned PDF with 200 pages, mostly images, fails when I try to compress”).
